1. Purchase or put together an Emergency Disaster Supply Kit and First Aid Safety Supplies
An emergency disaster supply kit should contain a three-day supply of food and water, a solar or hand crank radio and flashlight, solar blankets, waterproof matches, warm clothing and shoes, prescription medication and emergency candles should a power outage arise.
